On Day 7, your card on file is charged for your chosen plan (Starter by default, ₹499/mo). You can change plans or cancel before Day 7 in Settings → Billing — no charge, no questions. If you cancel after billing, the current month stays active until period end.
One message you send to North = one query. Background alerts (WhatsApp deadline reminders, daily summaries) don't count. Gmail auto-extraction doesn't count. Bill OCR uploads count as one query each. We surface usage in Settings so you can see exactly where you are.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. No "talk to sales" required for any change between Starter / Pro / Business.
No per-user gotchas. Starter and Pro are single-user. Business includes up to 5 team logins on one org. Enterprise is unlimited. Multiple businesses on the same login? Each business needs its own subscription.
Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AmEx), UPI auto-debit, and net banking via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay by NEFT / bank transfer against invoice. GST invoice raised against your registered GSTIN automatically.
Yes. Toggle "Annual" above and the monthly rate drops 20% across all paid tiers. Starter goes ₹499 → ₹399/mo (billed ₹4,788/year). Pro ₹999 → ₹799. Business ₹1,499 → ₹1,199. You pay upfront and we issue a 12-month GST invoice.
