Our approach

We use the minimum number of cookies needed to operate North. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell visitor data to ad networks.

localStorage entries Chat scroll position, draft message, and other local UI state. Stays on your device — never sent to our servers. Functional Until cleared by you

Cookies we don't use

We do not use:

  • Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • Cross-site tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
  • Social media share trackers.
  • Behavioural analytics that profile individuals (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • Block all cookies (this will sign you out of North and break the site);
  • Block third-party cookies only (no effect on North, as we don't use them);
  • Delete existing cookies;
  • Be notified when a cookie is set.
